The team discovered a number of issues with the interceptor that we had not planned for. Put aside the flexibility they showed to ensure these things were sorted. I was seriously impressed with their safety culture. I really liked: That they communicated all the time. The fact that they all made the person in the hole their most important priority at all times. That waiting for the right hardware was more important than speed. Safety messages and reminders bounced through the team all morning. They were flexible enough to adapt their way of working to our way of working. I would welcome the team back on site any time. I would also recommend them to sister companies in the EATON UK group.
