In September 2023, RED Industries working with WPSCC developed a comprehensive training program targeted at graduate recruits to the industry. Delivery of this training course, "Introduction to Waste Classification (WM3)" generated such positive feedback from the initial session leading us to further engage WPSCC to design and deliver custom training materials for both our graduate recruits and current staff members.

Project Overview

WPSCC's training content included key modules such as:

• Waste Classification (WM3)

• Hazardous Waste Requirements

• Introduction to Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP)

• Duty of Care

• Waste Auditing

• Waste Legislation

In November 2023, representatives from WPSCC visited our Brownhills facility to gain a deeper understanding of our operations. This onsite visit allowed them to tailor the training scope to our specific needs, identify areas for expansion, and ensure all necessary resources and bespoke content were integrated into the program.
