We acquired Pro-Clean Industrial Services Ltd in December 2020 as a further strategic step in expanding and strengthening our position as one of the UK’s leading independent waste management businesses.
Pro-Clean has a 30-year operating history and provides industrial cleaning and waste management services throughout the UK from its Wednesbury, West Midlands base. The acquisition broadens our customer reach and service offering as well as upscaling our Industrial Cleaning capability.
We acquired the share capital of Perks Patel Holdings Ltd, including Haz Holdings Ltd and Haz Industrial Services Ltd (trading as Haz Environmental) in September 2019. The acquisition strengthened our position in the market and provided customers with access to a greater range of services.
Haz Environmental is an innovative waste management and industrial cleaning company covering all types of general, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste – they target a range of waste streams including skips for solid waste, tank cleaning, laboratory chemicals, packaged waste, and more. The acquisition of Haz Environmental complements RED Industries’ existing business, expanding The RED Industries Group’s capabilities and service offering.
We acquired the share capital of Environmental Resource Group in December 2018. The acquisition strengthened our position in the market and provided customers with access to a greater range of services from our central location. We continue to operate from the Brownhills facility.
The acquisition included all the subsidiaries of Environmental Resource Group such as:
Chemtech Waste Management
Waste management services and facility/ waste transfer station operator. We continue to operate these services from the Brownhills fully permitted and licenced facility. Chemtech is now integrated into the RED Industries Group.
Boxclever Total Waste Management
Boxclever’s key focus was on the supply of waste safes and containers, along with a collection service. We continue to offer customers this valued service under the RED Industries brand.
