RED Industries has acquired Industrial Cleaning Specialist, Pro-Clean Industrial Services Ltd.
The acquisition on the 14th December 2020 is a further strategic step by Red Industries in expanding and strengthening their position as one of the UK’s leading independent waste management businesses.
Red Industries provide nationwide sustainable waste management services to customers from facilities in Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire and Brownhills , Dudley and West Bromwich in the West Midlands.
Pro-Clean has a 30-year operating history and provide industrial cleaning and waste management services throughout the UK from its Wednesbury, West Midlands base.
The acquisition broadens Red Industries’ customer reach and service offering as well as upscaling it’s industrial cleaning capability.

Sheffield based Castle Square Corporate Finance provided the corporate finance advice to Red Industries. Legal support throughout the process was provided by Squire Patton Boggs’ Birmingham office, with BGF, the UK’s most active growth capital provider, helping Red Industries to realise their growth ambitions.
