We’re thrilled to be sponsoring local football club, Newcastle Town FC.

We are delighted to announce that Red Industries have signed a major sponsorship deal with Newcastle Town Football Club.  The deal includes the rebranding of the stadium to the Red Industries Stadium as well as our logo on the home kit, reserve away kit, and mini-bus.

Newcastle Town Football Club has 28 teams, including their first team who play in the Evo-Stik league, reserve team, and a thriving youth section.  They have training grounds and pitches at their Roe Lane Playing Fields site as well as a pitch and facilities at their Lyme Valley stadium, where the first friendly of the season was played against Stoke City U23s.

We’re pleased to be able to support Newcastle Town FC with sponsorship.  The money the club receive from sponsorship deals helps them to keep going and improving.  The club, which has around 300+ kids, are committed to progressing their talented young players and taking the club forward.  Gavin Appleby, Youth Chairman & Club Director, said that when the youngsters see the club doing well, it gives them a boost and aspirations of one day making it into the senior teams.

We have worked with Newcastle Town Football Club Youth in the past and have previously helped with funding through the Red Industries Landfill Communities Fund.  Using the grants, the club were able to renovate and equip their community gym facilities as well as install mobile floodlighting (enabling them to play and train for longer, particularly in the winter months).

The sponsorship deal is a positive one for the club but also for Red – the increased branding and exposure will help us to get our message out to more people in the local area, especially about the community funding we have available through the Red Industries Landfill Communities Fund.

The club are gearing up for their next home game, a friendly against Port Vale, where Manager Robin Van Der Laan takes on old colleague and friend Neil Aspin for the first time in opposition dugouts.  Tickets are available on the gate £8ea (£5 concessions) – keep up to date via the club’s Facebook page.
