We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join our expanding waste management team in Staffordshire.

As Compliance Officer, your role will include technically assessing waste materials to ensure they are compliant with the safety and environmental requirements of our facilities, carrying out internal site and supplier audits, and carrying out site sampling and monitoring.

The right candidate for the Compliance Officer job should have a HNC or higher in Chemistry (or related subject), and at least three years experience in a waste or environmental management company.  The salary for this position is £25,000 to £32,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Compliance Officer role will be primarily based at our Newcastle-under-Lyme head offices.  We also operate two waste facilities: Sneyd Hill, Burslem is a waste transfer and treatment facility that employs around 40 members of staff, Walleys Quarry is a landfill facility in Silverdale, Newcastle-under-Lyme and employs around 7 staff members.
