A message from Adam Share, Chief Exec of Red Industries Group, regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
I know that we are all watching the development of the coronavirus pandemic with feelings of uncertainty. We all – the Red family and the world in general – are in uncharted territory, and it is important that we remain calm, show solidarity, and stand by each other in this difficult time.
Red is a strong business, and this is mainly down to our fantastic people who strive for excellence every day. I realise that these are going to be worrying times for all, but we have dealt with adversity before and have always come through whatever has been thrown at us stronger than before. We have achieved this because of our employee’s efforts and commitment , and through the continued support of our loyal customers and we shall do so again this time.
We have been closely monitoring the latest information and guidance from the World Health Organisation, government, and Public Health England. The health and safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers is of the upmost importance and this is the driving forced behind the measures we have been putting into place.
We understand our waste management and industrial cleaning services are important for the business continuity of our customers. We are doing everything in our power to enable us to continue to deliver optimum levels of service to our customers, whilst protecting the health of our employees and business partners.
We have and continue to implement plans and business continuity measures throughout our various facilities. Our account managers and support teams are still on hand, and meetings can be carried out over the phone or through video conferencing. We have also introduced new arrival procedures at our facilities to ensure customer’s drivers can continue to deliver into our sites whilst maintaining distance from other people.
We are continually monitoring the situation and thank our customers for their understanding and cooperation during this time. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak to your account manager or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
