Technical Graduate Scheme ( Chemistry Background)

We have a truly exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our graduate training scheme. Over the course of approximately two years, you will spend time developing and growing with us in key areas of the Red Industries group:

  • Technical Compliance
  • Process Plant Operations
  • Environmental Monitoring
  • Technical Sales
  • Laboratory Analysis
  • Stock Control Management

Red Industries will not only support your technical growth,  but also your soft skills and emotional intelligence development. We will provide regular training with your graduate colleagues, as well as one to one coaching and mentoring.

Following the programme, Red Industries will support your ongoing future growth and development within a chosen career pathway.


To be part of this inaugural Graduate Development Scheme you should:

  • Hold a Degree Level Qualification in Chemistry or a similar related field
  • Be computer literate – especially in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Be able to work under your own initiative
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Enjoy working in an industrial setting
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Be prepared to challenge and feedback on the scheme and areas you identify where you feel we can improve
