Client Support Executive – Brownhills x5
We have a fantastic opportunity for 5 Client Support Executives to join our Brownhills team.
CSE’s are responsible for liaising with customers, meeting their needs and growing sales within their region. This will include contacting existing clients regarding collection of waste as well as developing existing clients by offering them further services.
It will also involve contacting prospective clients, providing them with quotes and upselling wherever possible.
The successful candidate should be prepared to study for an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.
They should have an excellent sales/customer relations background, the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members, as well as the ability to work with in a team and on your own initiative. It is important that they are also computer literate.
