Red Industries was formed in September 2005 and in April 2006 made its first acquisition by purchasing Link Waste Ltd. With head offices, laboratories and a central facility in Stoke-on-Trent and a satellite treatment operation in Fife, Scotland, the company initially invested a further million pounds in upgrading equipment, transport and infrastructure.
